T 10 – TIME AT QUARTER PAST AND QUARTER TO
Children investigate telling time to quarter to and past hour on analog clocks and on digital clocks, linked to fractions ‘half’ and ‘quarter’ and 3 quarters – integrated Fractions and Decimals 3, Fractions and Decimals 4.
Children who have not yet demonstrated their understanding of telling time on the hour (Time 4), or on the half hour (Time 6), Fractions and Decimals 1, Fractions and Decimals 2) will investigate these Levels.
NB: Analog clocks measure time, while digital clocks simply tell time.
